We are looking for a highly competent Technical Writer to produce and manage the product documentation of the mBalance products. The Technical Writer will interact directly with Engineers and process the existing R&D documentation of the TextPass^TM products into end user documentation. The role requires a technical background and an expert knowledge of word processing tools such as MS Word.

At least the following shall be part of your CV:

• Native English language skills;
• At least 3 years experience as technical writer, preferably in a software product environment;
• Expert knowledge and experience of word processing, preferably MS Word;
• Good knowledge and experience of graphic editing tools, preferably MS PowerPoint;
• Proven ability to conform to company documentation style;
• Solid technical background supported by technical training;
• Proven ability to quickly grasp new technical information;
• Experience with document management;
• Professional attitude and eagerness to deliver high quality work;
• Involvement in technical and commercial product document reviews.
