Prior to founding mBalance in 2001, Marien was director in CMG Wireless Data Solutions (later named LogicaCMG and now Acision) in Singapore. In 1996 he joined CMG where he worked as Business Development Manager for the EMEA telecommunications market. In 1998 he was invited to start up CMG's mobile messaging business in the Asia Pacific. As director of CMG Wireless Data Solutions in Asia he was responsible for the messaging business in the entire Asian region. Before 1996, he worked as a software consultant for Dutch defense technology company TNO. Marien holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
Jeroen joined mBalance in 2004 after working for more than 14 years in the international accounting and financial consulting scene. As Senior Manager within Ernst & Young Corporate Finance in the Netherlands, Jeroen was responsible for the development of new markets and managing multi disciplinary project teams. Prior to that, Jeroen was employed by Ernst & Young in the United States and responsible for the execution of numerous due diligence projects in the IT industry. Jeroen holds a degree in business economics from Nyenrode University in the Netherlands and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Rochester (Simon Business School), USA.
Before joining mBalance in 2003, Rob worked as technical consultant on Value Added Services for various European mobile operators. He also worked for CMG Wireless Data Solutions (1996 - 1999) where he was responsible for SMSC Program Management and Project Management. Before 1996 he worked for a RAM Mobile Data (a Bellsouth company) as a Product Manager and Cap Gemini where he worked as a software programmer and Information Analyst. Rob holds a Bachelor degree in computer science.
Taeke joined mBalance in 2004 and is responsible for the global business development and sales activities. Before joining mBalance, Taeke was working at supplier of next-generation mobile switching equipment Spatial Wireless (later acquired by Alcatel), with responsibility for Business Development in the EMEA region. Taeke started his career in the telecommunications industry in 1994 at Nortel Networks, where he worked during 5 years in product marketing and product management positions in the Data and Wireless divisions, based in the UK and France. Taeke holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
Prior to joining mBalance in 2006, Ruben worked as a director for LogicaCMG's Wireless Networks in The Netherlands where he was responsible for Sales in global accounts like the Vodafone Group, O2 Group as well as various other European GSM operators. Ruben worked most of his professional career for LogicaCMG where he started with CMG in the early nineties as a programmer and soon became head of the business unit that took care of CMG's mobile network security products. In his role as Director Implementation Services, responsible for the roll-out of CMG's mobile solutions like EIR, VASP and SMSC throughout the world, he delivered hundreds of implementation projects per year and doubled his team yearly. Ruben holds a Bachelor degree in computer science.
See Chye joined mBalance in 2004 when mBalance opened its Office in Singapore to focus on the Asia Pacific market. As Director for mBalance (Asia Pacific), he is responsible for the Sales and Support operation of mBalance's customers in Asia Pacific. Prior to joining mBalance, See Chye was working for CMG as Business Development Manager, subsequently as Sales Director Asia Pacific and finally as Managing Director for Indonesia and the Philippines with LogicaCMG. Other companies See Chye worked for include Glenayre and Telsis. See Chye has a Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Marketing Institute of Singapore.
