The ISO 9001:2000 certification serves as a quality of service management tool, covering the primary processes for development, delivery and support of mBalance's core network products for mobile telecom operators. The audit took place during spring 2007 at the mBalance's headquarter in Amsterdam and thoroughly examined the company's engineering activities - from information systems design and operation to technical and administrative support. The certification recognizes mBalance's business processes and practices as meeting strictly defined international benchmarks for quality of service.
